TTZ team is very proud to have designed and led the consultant team for 6 Falak by Sweid and Sweid in Dubai Internet City. Project Q is a G+6 shell and core commercial office development. The design intention is to provide for maximum efficiency. The massing of the structure comprises of a ‘block’ on top of a ‘base’ volumes, in order to regularize the ground floor (irregular plot shape) and manage the transition into a simpler volume for the floors above.

Spanning into bold vertical louvres, the building facade reflects a contemporary parametric design.

It is a LEED Silver Certified building.
