Building on the foundations of strong cultural roots, the masterplan for Saudi coastal city of Jazan creates a gateway to a world-class waterfront.

With a grand total area of 5,000,700 sqm, the project introduces a mix of residential, hospitality, commercial, cultural and marina realms, creating a multi-pronged experience that ultimately binds together the city with the mountains from one side and islands from the other.
