Located in Dubai's district of Al Khawaneej, the proposed villa's design was inspired by nature, which comes from the surrounding plot.

The design takes the form of an existing building and brings a villa with an abundance of the scenic nature panorama. The villa is functionally split into public and private spaces, compromising of family living, formal living, courtyard and pool on one side, and multiple bedrooms on the other.
