· Scan to BIM & As-Built Modelling — converting point cloud survey data into accurate BIM models and develops reliable as-built information to reflect actual site conditions.

· Asset Register, COBie & Facilities Management — structuring asset information and COBie data to support smooth handover, efficient building operations, and long-term facilities management.
